The Midland SPCA is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the welfare of animals, serving Midland and West Texas since 1948.
Our shelter serves as an Adoption Center for the placement of previously owned pets. Admission of animals is accepted according to the availability of space and the shelter's current ability to house and care for the animals.
We depend on two very important sources for our continuing reliability, volunteers and private financial contributors. All contributions are tax-deductible and go directly to animal needs.

Midland SPCA is pleased to announce that a voucher program for Midland County is available and vouchers worth $70.00 will be obtainable for those that reside in Midland County. In order to be eligible for the voucher a rabies vaccine and microchip will be required on or before the day of surgery. Appointments will be limited to the first 357 scheduled surgeries. Appointments can be scheduled on Fridays between our normal opening hours.
