The Midland SPCA is an independent, non-profit, charitable organization serving Midland and the entire Permian Basin, comprised of 17 counties. The SPCA receives no State, County or Municipal funds, we depend on private contributions to carry on our work. The animals have no voice to ask for your help; only their big, warm eyes looking up at you; so we are asking for them. Your contribution to us will be used in many ways to help ease the suffering and discomfort of countless unwanted and abandoned animals. Please join us in our work, your contribution is tax-deductible.
