Looking for ways to help out the animals but cannot adopt at this time? Visit our Wishlist or our Donations page to find out the various ways in which you can help.
  • The owner of the pet(s) must live within the city limits of the City of Midland & bring proof in the form of a water bill, phone bill, etc.
  • Have proof the pet has received its current vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian.
  • The owner must bring in the pet(s) to Animal Services wearing (current) pet license(s) & documentation showing the date of the animal's rabies vaccination.
  • Vouchers are issued Monday thru Friday only during regular business hours.

Free Spay/Neuter Voucher Requirements
Animal Services will provide pet owners that meet the requirements, with a voucher worth $70 to have their pet spayed/neutered to prevent pregnancy.
